Use of this site
This site presents Dunebits and the apps we make. You may browse and use it for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it through automated abuse, or use it in a way that harms others.
Licence to use our apps
Buying a licence gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on your own Mac. You may move a licence between machines you own. You may not resell it, share your key publicly, or attempt to bypass licensing.
Payments and refunds
Purchases are handled by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. Your licence key is emailed to you after checkout. If the app does not work for you, contact us and we will sort out a refund or a fix.
Intellectual property
Dunebits owns the branding, site content, and app source. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer our software without written permission.
Accuracy and availability
We keep this site and our apps up to date, but we do not guarantee that everything is complete, accurate, or available without interruption. Features can change between releases.
Limitation of liability
Our apps are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Dunebits is not liable for data loss or other damages arising from use of the site or our software. Always keep backups of files you care about before deleting anything.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
