Questions

Is Haul Free really free?

Yes, with no time limit. Fast downloads with up to 4 connections per file, 3 at once, resuming after drops, browser capture, the speed limiter and the built-in player on direct files are all in Haul Free.

Can I try Haul Pro first?

Yes. Haul 2.0 gives every new computer 7 days of Haul Pro with every feature, and 90 days if you used Haul on it before 2.0. After that it carries on as Haul Free until you enter a key.

How many computers can I use it on?

3 at a time, Windows or Mac. Moving to a new one? Deactivate Haul Pro on the old computer (Help › License…), or free its seat on your license page, then enter the key on the new one.

Does the player need Haul Pro?

Not for files you download directly: they play in Haul Free, while they download and after. Videos from sites and HLS and DASH streams need Haul Pro to download at all, and then play the same way.

Which updates are included?

Every Haul 2.x version. You pay once; there's no subscription.

How do I get my license key?

Right after you pay: the checkout takes you to your license page with the key on it, and the key is emailed to you too.
